1. About vfayur

vfayur is the wellness practice of Vaidya Falguni Trivedi, Ayurvedic Physician. We offer traditional Ayurvedic consultations, therapeutic treatments, educational classes, herbal products, and Vedic wellness guidance. Services are available online worldwide and in-person upon request.

2. Nature of Services

All services offered by vfayur are Ayurvedic wellness services intended for general health promotion, education, and holistic lifestyle support. They are complementary in nature and do not constitute the practice of medicine, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Ayurvedic services are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed medical doctor or other qualified healthcare provider.

You are encouraged to consult with your primary care physician before beginning any new wellness program, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have recently undergone surgery.

3. Consultations and Appointments

• All appointments are confirmed by vfayur via email or phone after inquiry submission.
• Consultation fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• In-person services requiring practitioner travel are subject to additional scheduling and travel fee arrangements.
• vfayur reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.

4. Products

Herbal supplements offered through vfayur are traditional Ayurvedic formulations for personal wellness use. These supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Product inquiries are handled individually. All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective, in which case please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, article content, design, and educational materials, is the property of vfayur and Vaidya Falguni Trivedi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

Ayurveda is a holistic wellness tradition and individual outcomes vary based on constitution, health history, lifestyle, and adherence to recommendations. vfayur makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, that any specific result will be achieved through the use of our services or products. Testimonials shared on this website reflect individual personal experiences and are not representative of typical outcomes or a promise of equivalent results for any other person.

10. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information during consultations
• Inform Vaidya Falguni of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies
• Follow up with a licensed medical provider for diagnosis or medical treatment
• Not rely solely on Ayurvedic guidance in place of emergency medical care
